By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

3. Products — Digital Downloads

All products sold on this website are digital products (Claude AI skill files and prompt systems). Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive immediate access to download your purchase.
  • A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • No physical goods will be shipped.
  • Products are compatible with Claude.ai and the Claude API (Anthropic).
  • Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). The applicable price is the one shown at the time of your order.

4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase digital products on this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Any customer found to be under 16 will be immediately refunded and access to the product will be revoked.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods:

6. Delivery Policy

All products are delivered digitally and instantly:

  • Delivery is made to the email address provided at checkout.
  • You will receive a download link within minutes of payment confirmation.
  • If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour, please contact us at contact@circadya.com.
  • There are no shipping fees. No physical delivery is involved.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • You must contact us at contact@circadya.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
  • We may ask for evidence that you have made a genuine attempt to use the product.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where abuse is suspected (e.g., multiple purchases and refunds of the same product).

There is no cancellation policy applicable as products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

8. Intellectual Property & License

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
